The hotel is impeccably clean and the staff are very diligent. andrew at the ikandy pool was particularly lovely and friendly. muhammad at the door area was also genuinely helpful. Nothing seemed too difficult for him. the gym facilities impressed my boyfriend. the complimentary bus to the mall was very convenient and the driver was knowledgeable.

the room's design seemed a little dated.

the staff were friendly and helpful, always greeting me with a smile.

the hotel felt a bit old. the room's decor seemed dated, i think (it needed a refresh). the shower pressure was inconsistent. also, the breakfast buffet was okay, but some items seemed like they had been sitting out for too long.
